  1. Warming up here Keith the blackheaded gulls are getting black heads. Bitter today mind even with thermals was frozen. The real cold of last week was bearable this is normal winter and horrible.

  2. It felt a bit milder at first today here Adrian, but it's certainly getting colder now. Gawd knows how some of these birds survive. After I took that picture, found three dead, frozed gulls.

  3. No shortage of gulls keith. Ive run out of meal worms and seed. Am giving them oats suppose it's OK, Blackbirds and Starlings eat them and so do the damn pigeons.

  4. Still jolly cold here too Keith and more snow forecast for tomorrow :(

The poor gull looks pretty woebegone and it's not surprising!

Loved all the garden bird photos on the previous post particularly the beautiful one of the Starling.

  6. I think the birds are thankful for anything they can get at the moment Adrian. Starlings certainly aint fussy; born survivors lol

Thanks ShySongbird. That gull never moved while I took a few pictures. He didn't look too good at all.

Sara, thank you. Yea, it's heartbreaking seeing them struggling this weather.
