A really bad day yesterday, thanks to some info in the post, and a faceless git from Riversmead housing who despite saying they’d call back, couldn’t be bothered. Cheers for that, git!

.
Anyway, a few pictures from the last couple of days outings. And I’ll catch up after today’s hospital re-hab visit. Got the treadmill to look forward to on Friday.

The Moorhen doesn’t care.

  14. Keith, sometimes it just dosn't work the way we expect, I am hoping that things has improved for you by now.

When I am looking at the swan, I am wondering how it is possible that those wings are able to carry the quite heavy body...

You wrote in your "Diary Snippets" that one day you watched a pair of Great Crested Grebes doing the weed dance. What exactly did you mean?

  15. Pescalune, thank you for stopping by, following, and commenting. I'm sure you'll get to see them soon.

Doreen, thank you. That comment certainly made me laugh. Some people would say I look like a bush with all this hair and beard lol
The Swans are so graceful in flight aren't they.

Petra, thank you for your comment.
The weed dance is part of the Great Crested Grebes courtship. Amazing to see. Tricia has some excellent pictures at this link:
