I'm back

.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and commented, and sent e-mails.
.
It’s been nearly 2 weeks since my last post. Spent a lot of time thinking, and not thinking. Had a few days away at a friends; wandering fields, doing nothing and not even looking at a computer. (they live away from it all, in an old mill).
And a few days back home. Doing nothing. Not even picked up the camera for more than a few moments.
.
Conclusion is; things are still more or less the same, I just see them from a different perspective.
Still waiting for the appointment, still getting the pains, but at the moment, I’m not that bothered. So long as the sun rises tomorrow.
I’ve managed to catch up with some chores around the house. I’ve watched, and recorded, the moment a family of Blue Tits left the nest box in my garden. And I’ve even found time to read a book.
.
I’ll catch up with everyone on here eventually, but it might take a while. Maybe not even today. I might just sit in the sun instead, and enjoy a glass or two of something.
lol

  8. Oh take your time. Your only obligation is to yourself and your good health. Enjoy the world around you and share it if and when you feel inclined to do so. Today's photos are beautiful as always. Look after yourself.

  9. The sun plus a glass or two is always a good option! I did that a bit on Sunday when it was too hot and humid to do much else; very therapeutic. Thanks for keeping us posted. Take care,
    Wilma

  23. So very pleased you are back with us, Keith, I've thought about you such a lot. It was good to hear you have spent time relaxing with friends in what sounds like an idyllic place. 'Away from it all' sounds like my idea of paradise :)

Take things steady, Keith, enjoy the lovely sunshine and let's hope the hospital gets you sorted out before too long :)

  27. Thanks for your comment Debbie.
I've noticed a few birds seem to be doing better this year, than last; but some, sadly, like Kingfishers and Goldcrest are reduced in numbers.
