Pescalune, thank you. The sheep is native to the Isle of Man, but a small group of them are at RSPB reserve at Sandy, where I took these. Glad you like the brown eyed dragon :)
Hi hon....I totally agree..the older we get the shorter the seasons get!! Ackkkk! I am loving the new avatar photo of you!!! Loved every shot...the bugs..wow wonderful! My son really loved those too! Sorry I have been absent...I really feel like the days fly by and I never get enough time to play..that just has to change!! Hope you are feeling well hon! Hugs, Sarah
Hi Keith, we have one that visits our garden, a bald headed Great Tit, poor things, I think it is the stress of bringing up a dozen kids that has caused them to go bald:-) I have no doubt if we had a dozen babies to bring up all at once, we would go bald:-)
The great tit is so funny! And al the other pics are wonderful - a poetic piece of nature - seen by your eyes. Thank you for this magic moments! Enjoy your new week and a big hug from Luzia.

Thanks Sarah, glad you enjoyed them. Yea, I wish we could slow down time sometimes lol
Top notch as usual. Love the look on the Bush Cricket. FAB.
Cheers Frank :)
Very nice selection Keith, especially the Bush Cricket, you got him really. And the Manx Loghtan Sheep, they must have been from the Isle of Man.
Thanks Bob. Yea, the RSPB got them special from there. They do a good job of keeping the grass down.
OH what super shots...IM Loving that Sheep, the photos has a 3D look--I hope you have a great Weekend!!!
Super images Keith and a great theme running through them.
Nice images, the Great tit seems a little weird ;) The Bush Cricket is very nicely photographied!
Thanks Dixxe. I wasn't sure how the sheep would turn out; there were a lot of overhanging branches from a tree, down to the ground.
Roy, thank you for your comment :)
Thanks Dominic. Not sure if the Great Tit was just moult, or some sort of parasite causing feather loss.
Again you have mastered the light and each frame is stunning. Lovely Lovely.
I like how you did this post. made me focus in on the eyes. sheep and woodpecker are my favs!!
These are simply wonderful! There are so many animals in these photos - I like all but I think the Great Spotted Woodpecker is my favourite.
Greetings,
Asia
