Single Sunday

Another anniversary of sorts today.

2 years since I got up in the night thinking I had flu; and it turned out to be a heart attack.   lol

Mute Swan

  1. Keith, I remember that well, doesn't seem like two years ago! You battled back though, and the blogging has continued to be one of the best I follow, with great images and writing. I look forward to more of the same.

  18. Goodness, how quickly time passes! I vividly remember the shock when I read about it. So glad you are fit enough to continue walking your lake. By the way, talking of walking have you thought of strapping your knee up a bit just when you are going out, perhaps with one of those tubi grip things, it might help a bit. If you do try it I don't think you are supposed to leave it on too long though and not at night I think.

Anyway, lovely photo of the swans, beautiful light!

  19. Thanks Jan. I think I've got some of that tubi stuff somewhere. I'll have to have a look. All these sprays, creams and pills don't seem to work. :-(

  24. Funny - just a few moments ago I read that flu-like symptoms can actually be symptoms of a heart attack. Well, you proved that true! Glad you are still with us and blogging more than ever.

  27. Thank you Andrew. :-)

Thanks Wilma. I left it rather a long while before I called a doctor, so I'm pretty lucky really; or stupid lol

Thank you Grace. Yea, I'll do my best to keep well :-)

Thank you Kelly. I echo your statement about doctors and hospitals; I certainly wouldn't be around now, if it wasn't for them.

  28. Hi there - I have just returned from the wild, woolly and less that wonderful world of wireless only internet - so now I'm catching up.

Nice action shot of the swans – I don’t suppose its the kind of anniversary you want to re-visit!
