Thanks for making your videos visible. Thinking about and rooting for you Keith. Having been through a major cancer op, bladder removal in my case, I have some inkling of what you are going through. When it came to chasing up departments I had a lot of support and help from the local Macmillan nurse. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I hope they manage to ease your heart problem and give you one less problem to worry about. Very best wishes for a successful outcome. John
Thanks John. I seem to have been left to my own devices at the moment. I was given the number of 3 nurses at the colorectal dept a while ago, they said any questions or concerns just give them a ring. I did, left a message on the answerphone, but no-one ever got back to me. I get the feeling this whole thing is beating me.
Stick with it Keith. Have a roll up and bugger them.
Thanks Adrian. The bells have had a hammering this evening.
Keith, I know you're going through a difficult time at the moment and you've got lots of questions and thoughts whizzing around in your head but you need to try and stay positive, you may not think it but, I'm sure all the nurses and medics involved are doing their very best for you and everything will come together for the best result.Of course you know, if there's anything I can do just phone or text.
Cheers Trev. Hard to stay positive sometimes though. Today I have to chase up the hospital to see when they are sending me to Bedford, and there's me thinking they had staff to do that sort of thing.
